3. Content & Intellectual Property

Booknibs content, including summaries, nibs, and generated materials, is owned or licensed by Booknibs and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission. You retain rights to content you submit but grant Booknibs a license to use it to operate and improve the service.

4. Payments & Tokens

Purchases of tokens or subscriptions are final unless required by law. Pricing and features may change, but we will communicate material changes that affect your paid access.

5. Acceptable Conduct

• No harassment, hateful, or unlawful content.
• No infringement of others' intellectual property.
• No attempts to exploit or disrupt the platform.
• Respect community guidelines and local laws.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Booknibs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Booknibs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material updates will be communicated through the app or email when possible.
