Three people died and six others were injured on Thursday afternoon after a driver struck a cyclist and crashed into a Los Angeles grocery store.

The crash happened just after noon at a 99 Ranch Market in the Westwood neighborhood, according to fire department spokesperson Lyndsey Lantz. The three victims who died, two men and one woman, were inside the store's bakery and passed away at the scene.
