Reform UK is under police investigation after mailing campaign letters for a byelection without a legally required imprint. The letters were written to look like they came from a "concerned neighbour" named Patricia Clegg, but they left out the mandatory statement identifying the political party as the funder and distributor. Greater Manchester Police confirmed they received a report and will investigate the breach of election laws. A Reform spokesperson said a mistake by their printing company removed the required text without the party knowing.
